FOUNDER · INTAKE STRATEGIST · OPERATIONAL PARTNER
Meet the founder
Iliana Irra didn't study legal intake from the outside. She built her expertise inside real law firms—leading teams, evaluating cases, solving operational gaps, and learning what it takes to earn a prospective client's trust in the moments that matter most.
“A prospective client should never feel like they reached an outsourced service. They should feel that they reached the right firm.”
More than a decade in legal intake
For more than ten years, Iliana has worked at the center of new-client operations in the legal industry, with deep roots in personal injury. She has directed intake strategy, managed response-time standards, qualified and escalated matters, coordinated attorney review, built follow-up systems, and developed the people responsible for a firm's very first impression.
She saw the same problem across the industry: law firms were investing heavily in marketing, but qualified opportunities were still being lost through delayed responses, inconsistent follow-up, unclear ownership, generic scripts, and intake teams operating without the right systems or coaching.
Level Up Client Services was created to close that gap—not as another vendor, but as the operational partner Iliana knew firms actually needed.
Directing new-client operations, response standards, qualification, escalation, attorney review, and lead accountability.
Building workflows, scripts, scorecards, reporting, CRM processes, referral pathways, and handoff procedures around the firm.
Creating training programs, onboarding systems, call-review standards, quality controls, and live coaching that raise performance.
Connecting speed, empathy, disciplined follow-up, accurate case facts, and confident communication to measurable growth.
The standard
Every firm has its own voice, attorneys, case criteria, systems, culture, and vision for growth. Iliana built Level Up to honor those differences—not erase them.
Her team works alongside each firm, inside its daily operation. They learn how its attorneys make decisions, how its clients expect to be treated, what must be escalated, and how every interaction should sound. Then they adapt continuously as the firm evolves.
That is the difference between answering a call and representing a firm.
A note from the founder
Let's build an intake experience that protects it.
